Three sanity checks travel well anywhere on this list: the all-in test (advertised price + mandatory fees = the ranking figure; if a program resists stating it, that's data), the pharmacy test (named pharmacy, 503A/503B status, certificate of analysis on request — the pharmacy guide decodes the answers), and the date test (every price here carries its capture date; anything older than a month in this market deserves re-verification, including ours — which is why the dataset publishes verification dates per provider).
