Every material error, what it said, what it says now, and when — plus how to report one.
Policy
A material error — wrong price, wrong term, wrong regulatory or clinical claim — gets corrected in place, dated here, and (for dataset fields) re-verified at the source. Stale-but-was-accurate figures aren't errors; they're why every number carries a date. Reports: contact page or the address on it; providers disputing a figure should include a link to the live pricing page and we re-capture within days.
